At Phileo Care, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As an NDIS support provider based on the Central Coast NSW, we believe in the inherent dignity and independence of every individual. Our experienced team is committed to providing tailored support that meets your unique needs. We pride ourselves on fostering a sense of friendship and affection in all our interactions. It is a reflection of the name of our organisation "Phileo", which means love for neighbours in Greek.

Joel is a 30-something-year-old man, a father of two children, and a compassionate voice for people on the margin. Joel's sense of adventure had led him to work a broad range of jobs; from being a deckhand in Torres Strait Island to a security guard at the Canberra war memorial to teaching children how to swim. However, the work that he is most passionate and empowered to do have always been in the community sector. His experiences include working with people who struggle with substance abuse, providing assisted care to clients with disability, mentoring youths in residential care, and advocating for homeless people. With his background, Joel hopes to bring his insight, knowledge and experiences to table in order to provide the best care possible for his clients.
